Shalyn and Amanda were extremely helpful with a problem I had concerning delivery of my household goods from another moving company. Although all they were doing, was logging in my household goods and storing them for me until I purchased a new house, the moving company that I used originally tried to overcharge me.Shalyn Immediately saw that the amount of goods that I had and the amount that they charged me for was wrong and contacted the moving company and was able to get me a refund for 2/3 of the money that I paid to the moving company. Amanda looked up the moving company online and found a number of complaints and illegal practices such as them having a revoked license to move furniture in the state of California, which she relayed to Shalyn Which helped in her negotiation with the moving company to get me the refund. All of this had nothing to do with the job they originally had agreed to do for me. It’s such a pleasure to come across companies and employees willing to go the extra mile to help out someone in a difficult position. Thanks again.
