Renee S.

The Turner Moving and Storage team provided us with excellent service - from the beginning in Napa to the end of our moving process in Indiana with a successful delivery by our awesome driver, Pat. Amanda, Shalyn and Joel were always so helpful to explain the process and tips for a successful move. Their follow-up after the move goes to show what a quality customer service oriented company they are! I highly recommend them for your future moving needs.

Response from the owner:Hello Renee! Thank you very much for the 5-star review, we greatly appreciate it! We really enjoyed your office visits, everyone on the team get's to meet our customers but the office staff are rarely able to put a face to a name. We have the most communication with our customers throughout the process but it is all via phone or email! We hope you enjoy your new home! - Team Turner : )

Turner packed, then stored, a whole houseful of furniture and items for 2 years, then loaded it all for a cross-country move. They were very careful and took care of many special items, and we were happy with the job they did.

Response from the owner:Hello Karen, Thank you very much for the 5-star review, our team greatly appreciates it! We look forward to continuing to assist you with your relocation and storage needs. -Team Turner : )

Turner provided a not to exceed estimate and came in significantly under the estimate! When is the last time that happened?
Professionals in the office and on site. the crew was very friendly and accommodating. I will use them again in a heartbeat!

Response from the owner:Hello Colleen! Thank you very much for the 5-star review, our team greatly appreciates it! We like to provide our customers with a worst case scenario and come under. This way of doing business results in much happier customers rather than providing a low quote to get your business and then charging more in the end. No one likes suprises that cost them more money than expected! We hope to work with you again in the near future! -Team Turner : )

I never want to make a move without the Turner team again: from the first phone call with the office to the last handshake after the move was completed and the bill settled, every single member of the team was genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, hardworking, and even sensitive to all the emotions of moving day--each and every person on the Turner team exceeded my expectations! All I can say to them is a heart-felt THANK YOU, and to everyone else out there: Hire this team for your next move, youll be glad you did!
