Turner M&S has moved me multiple times in the last 30 plus years. They have always made the moves as easy as possible. The same was true with my... last move a week ago. All contacts with their employees were very positive. On moving day, the movers arrived a bit early and all were personable and professional. The move out was done rapidly. The move in was much more complicated. It involved the third floor and relatively narrow stair wells. They managed to get everything in safely and damage free while remaining positive in attitude. The whole procss with Turner Moving & Storage has been smooth as silk! First an appraiser came to the house to see what we would be moving and a date... was scheduled. Because our new home was not yet ready to move into, Turner Moving worked with us to change our plan and arranged to store our items until a later date.On moving day, Brandon, Russ, Juan and Abraham arrived on time with the moving vans. They walked through the house with me for an overview on what to pack and what not to pack, then they got busy! It was amazing to watch them work! They were all so pleasant and, if they were unsure about something, they came to me and asked for verification, something that I greatly appreciated!The first day was packing boxes. The next day the trucks were loaded. The guys went the extra mile by loading up the outdoor furniture in the back of the truck and delivering it to the new house where they carried it UP all the stairs and placed it around the pool! In my opinion they went above and beyond and they were so wonderful to work with!Everyone was just wonderful to work with and incredibly responsive, (Joel who came out to do the estimate, Shalyn who handles the office and communication and all the movers), and I am so happy that we chose Turner Moving and Storage to handle our move!read more

I was so nervous when planning my whole house move completely across the country. I had done so once before with another well-known company and had a... very bad experience where my belongings were 6 weeks late and showed up severely damaged. The crew at Turner moving put me right at ease. Even when adding my vehicle for transport, at the very last minute, I was told it wasn't a problem and the company quickly accommodated my request. Kudos to Shalyn who was very professional, organized and efficient when orchestrating and coordinating my long-distance move. And, Randy, who sold me on the company, answering all of my numerous questions, and then assisted in packing my belongings. He was very detailed and took great care when packing, even building custom boxes for some of my belongings. The moving crew was amazing! Brandon, Juan and Adrian showed up exactly at the prearranged time, and presented as very professional and courteous. I was confident in their abilities right away with the care they showed to my home and belongings when moving my things to the Turner warehouse (reflected the company as a whole as it was amazingly clean, neat and organized). Pete, the driver was in contact with me the whole way as after he picked up my belongings from storage and transported them across the county. He actually showed up exactly on the day and time that he had communicated to me and gave me plenty of advanced notice so I could well-prepare. Pete also took care as he supervised the final delivery of my belongings to my home. Overall, the entire crew was professional, detailed and communicated very well. The entire move went smoothly without any issues. I would not hesitate to call this crew again, in a second, if I had to do it all over. Thank you!read more

Turner moving was a joy to work with from the start. Advice given on the first visit when we obtained the estimate was so helpful. Their pricing... was in line with interstate movers, and I believe a more accurate estimate than others we obtained. I would also have used them for a local move, since their systems ensured no loss of our goods and was organized and efficient.Shalyn, who supported us from the office during each phase, is an angel. Every question, change in schedule, scheduling, etc, was handled so professionally but also in a supportive manner. Doing a move during the pandemic is difficult, but they made it as easy as possible.We moved from Calif. to Colorado and put our items in storage there with a local company. Shalyn continued to support us even 10 mo after the move and out of storage. Turner moving and storage was selected as our staging warehouse and logistics provider for a product line show we did in the napa area, and they were... amazing to work with. We had last minute deliveries with no head's up, and we were concerned that we would not have the products in time. Turner, however, preemptively suggested a solution where they would send a truck to pick up the units from the local carrier depot and were able to deliver our products on time! They went far above and beyond their requirements, and better yet, they did it with a smile on their face; I've worked with a lot of logistics companies before, and Turner has been one of the most satisfying and pleasant to work with. Well, where do I start? As my husband and I continue to unpack our precious items, I'm finding broken items. Did we pack it? Yes, and did one hell of... a job and spent a lot of money on newsprint, bubble wrap, and air pillows. Not to mention used ALL of our blankets, pillows for even more extra protection because we moved out of state so we wanted everything to make it safely. I believe this all happened during the packing because we we're sharing the truck with another family going to Montana which we didn't even know about except by over hearing a conversation. They did even get a price cut for sharing the truck or ever a straight answer when we inquired about it. The cost for the whole move was over 12,000.00 dollars. Anyway, back to the loading of the truck. Alot of our stuff was marked up and boxes smashed or busted up. Yes, we signed the completed paperwork but you really DONT see much until you start unpacking. Longer story short...they crammed our things in and many things were damaged or destroyed. Scott, he was good but your packers are not. For 12,000.00 should have been better AND should have gotten a price cut for sharing the truck with another family. PLEASE BEWARE!!!!read more
