Going the extra mile to do the right thing doesn't even begin to explain how exceptional these folks are.I was contacted by them approximately 7... months after my dear uncle passed away.Unbeknownst to the family, my uncle had about a half dozen small storage units rented with Turner Moving & Storage.They could have simply written my uncle off for non payment and sold the items in the lockers for pennies and that would have been the end of it. Turner M&S has moved me multiple times in the last 30 plus years. They have always made the moves as easy as possible. The same was true with my... last move a week ago. All contacts with their employees were very positive. On moving day, the movers arrived a bit early and all were personable and professional. The move out was done rapidly. The move in was much more complicated. It involved the third floor and relatively narrow stair wells. They managed to get everything in safely and damage free while remaining positive in attitude. The whole procss with Turner Moving & Storage has been smooth as silk! First an appraiser came to the house to see what we would be moving and a date... was scheduled. Because our new home was not yet ready to move into, Turner Moving worked with us to change our plan and arranged to store our items until a later date.On moving day, Brandon, Russ, Juan and Abraham arrived on time with the moving vans. They walked through the house with me for an overview on what to pack and what not to pack, then they got busy! It was amazing to watch them work! They were all so pleasant and, if they were unsure about something, they came to me and asked for verification, something that I greatly appreciated!The first day was packing boxes. The next day the trucks were loaded. The guys went the extra mile by loading up the outdoor furniture in the back of the truck and delivering it to the new house where they carried it UP all the stairs and placed it around the pool! In my opinion they went above and beyond and they were so wonderful to work with!Everyone was just wonderful to work with and incredibly responsive, (Joel who came out to do the estimate, Shalyn who handles the office and communication and all the movers), and I am so happy that we chose Turner Moving and Storage to handle our move!read more

Turner Moving fulfilled all my expectations. The move went as scheduled with no issues. Their local team and driver are the best, with the four men loading the truck accomplishing the task in less than 5 hours. Nothing was damaged, broken or lost. From the estimators visit, to the office staff, to the driver, everyone worked together and checked on us every step of the way to guarantee success. After reading reviews and not finding a single negative one, I knew I had found the right company and did not look any further. We moved from California to Michigan and so it was a costly move, but one I felt was fairly priced.
